A PERSON SELLING LIVE LOBSTERS ARRESTED

Based on information, Sri Lanka Coast Guard with the assistance of Gandara Police Station arrested a person along with 10.9 kg (08 Nos) of live Lobsters on 17th February 2018. Arrested person and items were handed over to the police for further investigation. As per the Law of the country, capture and sell of Live Lobsters during this breeding season is illegal and punishable offense.
