JAPANESE DELEGATION PAID A COURTESY CALL ON THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF SRI LANKA COAST GUARD

A Japanese delegation paid a courtesy call on the Director General of Sri Lanka Coast Guard, Rear Admiral Samantha Wimalathunge, RWP, VSV, USP, nswc, MSc (DS) Mgt on 28th February 2020 at Sri Lanka Coast Guard Rear Headquarters, Wellawatte. The delegation is comprised of Officers from Mobile Cooperation Team (MCT) and the National Strike Team (NST) of Japan Coast Guard and Officials from JICA, Sri Lanka.

They held cordial discussions focused on the matters of mutual interest and exchanged mementos signifying the event. Sri Lanka Coast Guard has been maintaining close cooperation and cordial relationship with the Japan Coast Guard and this call on will surely enhance the bilateral cooperation.
