COAST GUARD ARRESTED 5 PERSONS WITH NARCOTICS

Coast Guard personnel attached to Fishing Monitoring Point of Beruwala, arrested 5 persons in possession of Heroin and Kerala Cannabis at Beruwala Fishery Harbour on 13th April 2021.

During the departure formalities of a multiday fishing vessel, CG personnel found 120 mg of heroin and 5 g of Kerala Cannabis on board. 5 Suspects and arrested narcotics were handed over to the Police Station, Beruwala for further investigations/ Legal action.
