DIRECTOR GENERAL SRI LANKA COAST GUARD PAID COURTESY CALL TO THE NEWLY APPOINTED COMMANDER OF THE ARMY

The Director General Sri Lanka Coast Guard (DG SLCG) Rear Admiral Anura Ekanayake RSP& bar,USP,psc,MSc(D&SS),MMaritimePo, Dip in IR made a courtesy call to the newly appointed the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army Lieutenant General HLVM Liyanage RWP, RSP, ndu at Army headquarters, Defence Headquarters Complex in Sri Jayawardenepura, Kotte on 23 Jun 2022.

DG SLCG expressed warm wishes to the Commander of the Army for achieving the helm of the SLA and recent promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General. During the cordial discussion, both heads of departments exchanged ideas on possible cooperation between the two organizations and discharging duties ensure security & national interest. The cordial meeting culminated with an exchange of souvenirs.
