COAST GUARD ARRESTED TWO PERSONS WITH NARCOTICS

Coast Guard personnel attached to the CGS Kirinda with STF Katharagama arrested two persons who was in possession of Heroin in the Katharagama area on 26^th October 2022.

At the time of the arrest, the Coast Guard persons found 5g and 110mg of Heroin in suspects possession. 23 and 26-year-old suspects, are residents of the Thissamaharama area. The arrested suspects and apprehended items were handed over to the Police Station, Thissamaharama for further investigations/ Legal action.
