COAST GUARD PERSONNEL APPREHENDED 3.98 KG OF AMBERGRIS

Based on information revealed intelligence staff of the Sri Lanka Coast Guard Station Kirinda, the Coast Guard intelligence personnel attached to Coast Guard Station Kirinda combined with the Police Crime Investigation Unit in Hambantota apprehended 3.98 kg of Ambergris with 02 persons while preparing to sell in the Hambantota town area on 14^th September 2024.

The apprehended items and suspects were handed over to the police station in Hambantota for further legal action.
