AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE AND STRATEGIC STUDIES COURSE DELEGATION VISITS SRI LANKA COAST GUARD HEADQUARTERS

A group officers and directing staff from the Australian Defence and Strategic Studies Course (DSSC) arrived at the Sri Lanka Coast Guard Headquarters on 24th October 2024, as part of their study tour in Sri Lanka. The Director General of the Sri Lanka Coast Guard, Rear Admiral Rajapriya Serasinghe, warmly welcomed the delegation, led by Colonel Lara Terese Troy.

During the official visit, Rear Admiral Serasinghe and Colonel Troy held cordial discussions matters on general concerns. The meeting concluded with a ceremonial exchange of mementos, representing the cooperative spirit and goodwill between the two organizations. Furthermore, presentation was conducted to provide role and task of SLCG to the members of DSSC delegation.
